Google FileType

As we know Google Search Engine can search the information more details and more specific. For example, in this posting, I tried to use Google Intitle and It worked.

The other way to use Google Search Engine is with Google Filetype. Google Filetype is used to find information in the form of .pdf format , Excel (.xls), Word (.doc), images (.gif, .jpg, .png) and others. To use Google Filetype, read below;

WinPDF Writer : Make a free PDF File

WinPdf can be used to make a PDF File. Here, we can set the security setting so that someone can't edit, modify, change and others. To use WinPdf, read the tips below:

Download and Install the software

1. Click here to downoad WinPDF software.

2. Click winpdf.exe on screen to install it into your computer.

3. Click Run --> Next --> I Accept the licence aggreement --> Next --> Choose the folder and click next --> Complete and Next --> Next --> Wait a few second and click finish.

Security Settings

1. Choose Start Menu --> All Program --> WinPdf --> Security. After that You will see security setting dialog.

Give a check on Password to Open Document and insert a password that you will use to open the document, e.g; 12345

Give a check on Password Required to Change Permissions and password. Insert a password to protect the content of PDF file, e.g; 12345. It is used to protect the file content to be edited, modified or printed.

Permission Option

Encryption level, choose 128-bit RC4(acrobat 5.0 ad up)

Give a check on No Printing to avoid someone print the document

Give a check on No Changing the document to avoid someone change the document.

Give a check on No Content Copying or Extraction Disable Accessibility to avoid someone copy or extract the document

Give a check on No Adding or Changing Comments and Form fields to avoid someone add and change the form or comment.

2. Click Ok if the security setting is completely set up.

Make PDF File with WinPdf

1. Open a program that you want to make into PDF File. For example, I use Mic. Word.

2. Open Microsof Word program and choose a file. For example, I choose the file below.

3. Choose File --> Print and In Printer name, choose WinPdf Writer. After that click OK.

4. Wait until the process is over. After the process over. You will see the picture below. File document is protected (see Security setting you have made). Insert the password and click OK
