Delete and ban unexpected comments, blog or IP address

When we install Shoutmix/shoutbox in our blog, Sometimes we get unexpected comments from blogwalking blogger. However, we shouldn't be worried because we can delete the comment or even ban the blog address or IP address of the commentator. How? Just read below

1. Drop your mouse to the shoutmix and Click Admin Button on the right (see the red arrow)

2. Next, type your password of the shoutmix. (the password was created when you signed up in shoutmix for the first time), see the red circle below. Then click Login.

3. Choose the comment that you want to delete and click delete.

4. After deleting the comments, click X to Log out (red arrow)

Ban the Blog Address or IP Address

1. Just see step 1 and 2 in Delete the comments, they are the same; click admin, type your password and Click Login.

2. Choose the comment you want to ban and click Ban.

3. You can ban their blog address or IP address (red circle). Before you ban their IP address, you can choose high, medium, extreme, or low ban. After that, click Ban (red arrow).

4. Finally, click x to log out and your shoutmix is free from unexpected comments or blog.
